Given its location, Villa Ninna is an excellent base for exploring Istria. Almost all Istrian beaches are just a 20-minute drive away.

Eine wunderschöne Villa. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, der Pool ist fantastisch, alles perfekt sauber. In einem Satz zusammengefasst: eine perfekte Wohlfühloase. Eine Sache hat uns allerdings etwas gestört: es sind keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern in den Schlafzimmern. Aber ansonsten einfach super !!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen inmitten der Natur ohne direkte Nachbarn. Zum Ort mit seinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind es knapp 2 km. Nach Pula sind es ca. 25 km, zu den beiden Küsten jeweils ca. 15 km. Die meisten Orte der Halbinsel sind mit dem Auto vom Haus aus gut erreichbar. Die Raumaufteilung und Architektur des Hauses sind modern und komfortabel mit vielen großen Glasflächen. Jedes der 3 Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes, modernes Bad. Die Ausstattung, auch der Küche, ist top. Der Pool ist super und alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Support durch IstriaLux ist vorbildlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.
