Villa My Way is a luxurious designer villa, carefully furnished down to the smallest detail, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features two spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and both rooms have balconies that are perfect for relaxing in the evening. A fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area with views of the garden and the private heated pool create an ideal space for relaxation for the whole family. A large covered terrace by the pool and garden offers additional space to enjoy the natural surroundings.
The private property covers 1,500 m², while the villa itself offers 150 m² of living space, complemented by an additional 100 m² of open terraces. The 45 m² covered terrace is equipped with high-quality outdoor furniture and a barbecue, making it perfect for social gatherings and family meals outdoors. The modern and unique design, both inside and out, is created for guests who appreciate luxury and comfort.
Svetvinčenat offers an authentic Istrian experience - strolling through historic streets, visiting the Morosini-Grimani Castle and other local attractions, and enjoying traditional cuisine in nearby restaurants and taverns. The surrounding area is rich in vineyards and olive groves, while active holiday enthusiasts can explore numerous cycling and walking trails or set off on excursions through the picturesque Istrian landscape.
Although the villa provides complete privacy, all essential amenities are within easy reach - shops and restaurants are approximately 1 km away, while local beaches are about 20 km from the property, allowing for easy day trips to the seaside towns of Rovinj, Poreč, and other coastal destinations.

Die Villa My Way ist ein ganz tolles, sehr sauberes und beinahe uneinsehrbares im grünen gelegenes Ferienhaus. Dank dem beheizten Pool konnten wir diesen auch in unserem Aufenthalt im Oktober täglich nutzen. Von der Buchung bis hin zur Abreise hat alles super geklappt, daher auch großes Lob an das gesamte Team. Wir haben uns so sehr wohl in unserem ersten Urlaub in Kroatien gefühlt, dass wir bereits jetzt schon wissen, dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder eine der tollen Unterkünfte von ISTRIA LUX buchen werden.
Wir hatten als Familie eine traumhafte Ferienzeit. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, der Pool ein Traum und wird Nachts sogar beheizt. Geschäfte sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen und die Vermieter kümmern sich vorbildlich. Immer wieder gerne!
Die Villa My Way ist ein ganz besonderes Kleinod! Ganz nahe an Svetvincenat gelegen, am Rande einer kleinen Siedlung, kann man vor allem eines: Ausspannen und in Ruhe den herrlichen Garten und den traumhaften Pool genießen. Der Garten ist dank der schattenspendenden Bäume und mittlerweile hochgewachsenen Hecken nicht einsehbar, man ist also wirklich ganz ungestört. Die Küche ist ausreichend gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine wunderbare, viel zu schnell vergangene Woche und das einzige, dass uns nicht gefallen hat, war abreisen zu müssen;) Wir kommen gerne wieder!
