The villa is spread over two buildings - the main house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the third bedroom is located in an annex, further enhancing privacy and comfort.
The proximity to historic Svetvinčent allows easy access to numerous cultural and historical landmarks such as medieval fortresses, museums, and traditional events. From the villa, it is also easy to explore the entire Istria region - from beautiful coastal towns like Rovinj and Poreč to the inland known for vineyards and olive groves.

Traumhafter Urlaub in Istrien. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, das Haus ist komfortabel ausgestattet und entspricht der Beschreibung und der Bilder. Besonders ist die Küche zu erwähnen, hier ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man zum Kochen und Grillen braucht. Die Klima-Anlage im Haupt- und Nebenhaus runden das Angebot perfekt ab. Das Haus + Garten sind sehr geräumig und komplett umzäunt, ideal für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Die Lage von Jursici ist perfekt für viele Ausflüge in Richtung Pula und Rovinj, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Konzum) auch mit den hauseigenen Fahrrädern gut erreichbar :) Unsere Vermieterin Silva hat uns immer sehr geholfen und war jederzeit erreichbar, danke für den entspannten Check In und die Leckereien im Kühlschrank :) Alles in Allem ein super erholsamer Urlaub, alles ist perfekt gelaufen und die Organisation war großartig! Gerne wieder :)
