The villa features three spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and elegant design. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and in total the villa offers four modern bathrooms.
The spacious living area offers stunning sea views, while the outdoor kitchen and dining area allow for preparing and enjoying meals in the fresh air. The main highlight of the villa is the private outdoor pool with panoramic sea views. The villa also has its own boat mooring, perfect for exploring the Adriatic coast.
Guests can enjoy numerous activities on Pag: relaxing on beautiful beaches, cycling or hiking along scenic trails, water sports such as sailing, kayaking, and diving, tasting local specialties including the famous Pag cheese and lamb, visiting historical sites such as Pag and Novalja, and enjoying local cultural events.

Our stay at the villa Lunjsko was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen had top-quality appliances, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the living areas were stylish yet cozy. One of the highlights was the private pool – clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The private boat dock was another amazing feature that made our stay truly special, allowing us to explore the surrounding area by water with ease. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority. Everything was spotless, and we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional – always available when needed, yet never intrusive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This villa offered the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and privacy. Highly recommended – we will definitely be coming back!
