The spacious and well-maintained yard features a 36 m² infinity pool with sun loungers, a children’s playground (slide, table tennis, and badminton), as well as a barbecue and an outdoor dining area on the covered terrace. While the children play carefree or swim in the pool, adults can enjoy a glass of wine, prepare a barbecue, or simply relax with a beautiful view of untouched nature.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and consists of 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a bright living room opening onto the terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The interior is modern, airy, and carefully designed to provide a feeling of home and comfort.
Villa Arcadia is fully air-conditioned, offers free WiFi, private parking, and provides everything you need for a carefree and relaxing holiday in Istria. Just 10 km from the villa is the charming town of Motovun, one of the most famous Istrian destinations, known for its rich history, excellent cuisine, and renowned film festival.
The villa is accessed by a maintained gravel road (200 m), ensuring privacy.

Great Villa! We had a wonderful stay in Villa Arcadia. The house was as beautiful as the photos show. It is situated in a quiet area and we experienced lots of privacy and a relaxing time, especially by the pool and whirlpool. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The Villa was perfectly equipped and pristine when we arrived. For a stay in the Villa you definitely need a car to get around. In the future, we surely will come back to this Villa.
