Peace, quiet and privacy best describe this beautiful Villa Arcadia in the middle of nature which is located in a small Istrian village and provides an ideal vacation for friends and family. In the beautiful and large yard there is an overflow pool (36 m2), deckchairs, children's playground (trampoline, slide, table tennis and badminton). While children play or swim in the pool, adults can enjoy a drop of good wine while preparing a barbecue or just lie on the terrace with a view of beautiful nature, greenery and domestic animals. On the terrace there is an open-air dining room. It is simply ideal for relaxing and taking a break from the busy world.
Villa Arcadia can accommodate up to 8 people and has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room with access to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The interior is bright and nicely decorated, it really feels like a home to.
The villa is air conditioned, has WiFi, private parking and provides everything for a relaxing holiday.
In the vicinity of the villa, only 10 km away, is the small Istrian town of Motovun, which is a popular tourist destination that is today renowned as a center for hedonists from all over the world.
The road to the villa (200 m) is made of beautifully landscaped macadam.

Our stay at Villa Arcadia was in one word amazing! The warm welcome by Martina made us immediately feel at home and everything about the house is perfect to celebrate the most relaxing holiday ever. The environment is very quiet, the view on the donkeys and cows is great, the pool is wonderful to freshen up from the warm weather and can be enchantingly lighted at night, and many sports can be done in the garden. We were afraid that the jacuzzi would be too hot during summer, but it was actually really nice. The airconditioning in the house was very welcome as well. In the environment, Pazin and Motovun are nice places to visit nearby, and pizzeria ALTO in Karojba (6 minutes drive) and Rotonda in Lindar (15-minute drive) had the best pizzas and pancakes. We also liked the bread machine in the nearby village (3 minutes drive) to get great pumpkin bread, chocolate and marmelade croissants, and apple strudel. We would really love to come back here!
Perfection is out of this world, but villa Arcadia comes close. A very nice host, a quiet location in a dead end street, a perfectly maintained house, all facilities,… We will definitely come back!
