Villa Uno is located in the village of Antončići, near Žminj, in the heart of Istria, and is ideal for a relaxing holiday in Istria. This modern and luxuriously furnished villa accommodates up to 6 guests and offers 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 elegant bathrooms.
The interior of the villa features contemporary design, carefully selected details, and a pleasant atmosphere that ensures complete comfort during your stay. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor heating, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine, ideal for a pleasant start to the day. In addition, the villa also features a wine cooler.
Outside, there is a beautifully arranged terrace with natural shade. The 28 m² swimming pool is heated and filled with salt water, and next to it there is a charcoal grill, perfect for social gatherings and outdoor meals. The villa is not fully fenced, and private parking is provided for guests.
The surrounding area offers many opportunities to explore and enjoy the authentic Istrian lifestyle. Nearby is Žminj, known for its traditional architecture, taverns, and local specialties. Guests can explore cycling and hiking trails through unspoiled nature, visit nearby towns such as Svetvinčenat, Pazin, Rovinj, Pula, Vrsar, and Poreč, and discover wine roads and olive groves. For lovers of active holidays, numerous outdoor activities are available, while food enthusiasts will enjoy rich Istrian gastronomy.
The nearest beaches are located in Rovinj and Bale, approximately 20–25 km away, where guests can enjoy hidden coves.

Unsere Zeit in der Villa Uno war einfach traumhaft. Das Haus ist eine echte Augenweide – das Design ist modern, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Auch die Aufteilung der Räume ist hervorragend durchdacht und schafft eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Besonders begeistert haben uns der wunderschöne Pool und der liebevoll angelegte Garten. Die gesamte Anlage lädt zum Entspannen ein und ist perfekt, um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Auch die Lage hat uns überzeugt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nur etwa fünf Minuten erreichbar, und die Städte Rovinj sowie Pula sind mit dem Auto in rund 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Dadurch ist die Villa der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die Region zu erkunden und gleichzeitig die Ruhe der Unterkunft zu genießen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und können die Villa Uno uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Für uns steht fest: Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
