In the yard, there is a heated saltwater pool 1.5 meters deep, perfect for cooling off on warm days or relaxing in the evening. In addition to the steps, the pool also features a hydromassage area where you can sit and relax. Next to the pool, there is an outdoor kitchen with a charcoal grill, ideal for preparing meals outdoors. Private parking is also available.
The interior of the villa is designed to provide maximum comfort during your stay. The ground floor features a living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as an additional toilet. The kitchen includes all necessary appliances, including a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and TV, providing guests with privacy and comfort. The living room also includes a sofa bed for two additional guests.
