Villa Eivissa is located in the small village of Plovanija, on the edge of Croatian Istria, under the administration of the historic town of Buje. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests + 1 small child. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a storage room, and a WC. The first floor has two more bedrooms with private bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning.
The location of the villa is simply perfect. The nearest beach is only a 5-minute drive away, and the natural salt pans of Sečovlje in Slovenia and the Thalasso spa are just 5 km away. The villa is 25 km from Trieste (Italy), 45 minutes from Pula and the magnificent Pula Arena, and 50 km from the world-famous Postojna Cave in Slovenia.
For children and adults alike, the large Istralandia Water Park is only a 15-minute drive away. Sports enthusiasts can also visit the ATP tournament in Umag, just 10 km from the villa.
For refreshment and relaxation, there is a large outdoor pool (30 m²) with 8 sun loungers - perfect for enjoying a good book and a glass of wine.

Wonderfull house, well equipped we had a great stay at Villa Eivissa. We stayed with our baby and our two little dogs. Everything was ready upon our arrival (dog bowl, baby crib and chair). We are definitely reccomending to our friends.
Das Haus war groß, schön und sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation funktionierte perfekt und super schnell. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns echt gut gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Villa kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.
Eine wunderschöne Villa, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet und absolut sauber. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen und können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
