Villa Aurelia is located in the small village of Pajkovići, about 2 km from the historic and charming town of Svetvinčenat, famous for the medieval castle Morosini-Grimani.
The villa features three bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor, with the upper rooms having access to a balcony. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a WC, and a living room with a view of the outdoor area and the pool.
The courtyard offers complete privacy, with a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue. A special charm is provided by the grapevine-covered terrace, adding an authentic Istrian touch. Next to the pool, there is also a lounge area with a table, fireplace, small kitchen, basic utensils, and TV.
For nature and activity lovers, there are many cycling and hiking trails through unspoiled landscapes and local wine roads. Nearby are popular towns like Bale, Rovinj, and Pula—perfect for day trips.
Visit local wineries and enjoy tastings of authentic Istrian wines and culinary specialties. For beach lovers, the nearest ones are only a 20-minute drive away.

Wir waren mit 4 Personen vom 30.09. bis zum 13.10. 2025 in der Villa Aurelia. Das Haus ist ein Traum. Das Haus war bei unserer Anreise super sauber. Das Haus ist sehr grosszüge gestaltet und der Pool mit den Außenanlage und dem Freisitz einfach ganz toll gestaltet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Sowas haben wir bisher in vergleichbaren Ferienhäusern noch nicht vorgefunden. Wir haben in Istrien und in der Villa Aurelia einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Unsere Kontaktperson Ronald war immer für uns da und hat uns schnell und kompetent geholfen. Dankeschön! Wir geben 10 von 10 Punkten für die Villa Aurelia und das Team von Instra-Lux.
Eine sehr schöne große Villa für 6 Personen, mit allem was dazu gehört und beschrieben wurde. Es fehlte an nichts. Kommen sehr gern wieder.
Wir sind uns einig: Das Haus ist der absolute Traum! Exakt wie auf den Bildern, alles sauber, der Pool genau richtig. Die Villa Aurelia liegt in einem ruhigen, kleinen Dörfchen und dadurch kann man den Urlaub optimal genießen. Ein paar Minuten in den nächsten Ort, da gibt es Lokale und einen kleinen Laden, in dem man alles nötige bekommt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen
