Villa Aurelia is located in the village of Pajkovići, approximately 2 km from Svetvinčenat, a town known for its medieval Morosini-Grimani Castle and the Renaissance square of Placa.
The villa features three bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor, both with access to a balcony. The ground floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a toilet, and a living room overlooking the courtyard and swimming pool.
The outdoor area is fully fenced and features a swimming pool with sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a fireplace. Next to the pool, there is also a comfortable gathering area with a table, a fireplace, a small kitchen with basic utensils, and a TV.
Thanks to its location in the heart of Istria, the villa is an ideal base for exploring the entire region and taking day trips to different parts of the peninsula.
Rovinj and Pula, two of Istria’s best-known destinations, are easily accessible by car. The sea and beaches are approximately a 20–30-minute drive away.
Istria is renowned for its gastronomy, local wines, olive oils, and traditional taverns. Visit local wineries, taste indigenous wine varieties, and discover the flavours of Istrian cuisine and regional specialities.

Es war sehr schön und die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Leider gibt es in der Ecke eine niedrigen Mauer von 50 cm. Somit konnte ich meinen Hund nicht frei im Grundstück laufen lassen. Da die Katze dort immer rüber kam. Und leider ist die Klo Türe im Erdgeschoss zu schmal für einen Rollator. Aber wer das nicht braucht, findet eine Traumunterkunft vor.
Wir waren mit 4 Personen vom 30.09. bis zum 13.10. 2025 in der Villa Aurelia. Das Haus ist ein Traum. Das Haus war bei unserer Anreise super sauber. Das Haus ist sehr grosszüge gestaltet und der Pool mit den Außenanlage und dem Freisitz einfach ganz toll gestaltet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Sowas haben wir bisher in vergleichbaren Ferienhäusern noch nicht vorgefunden. Wir haben in Istrien und in der Villa Aurelia einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Unsere Kontaktperson Ronald war immer für uns da und hat uns schnell und kompetent geholfen. Dankeschön! Wir geben 10 von 10 Punkten für die Villa Aurelia und das Team von Instra-Lux.
Eine sehr schöne große Villa für 6 Personen, mit allem was dazu gehört und beschrieben wurde. Es fehlte an nichts. Kommen sehr gern wieder.
