About your stay
Groups of young people under the age of 30 are accepted exclusively upon request. The security deposit for young groups is €150 per person, payable on site.

Upon prior agreement with the owner, the pool can be heated, allowing pleasant swimming even during cooler periods. Next to the pool, there is a fully equipped summer kitchen for preparing meals and enjoying time outdoors, complemented by an additional television for extra relaxation.
The villa is especially suitable for families with children, as the garden also features a small playground where younger guests can enjoy themselves, while adults relax on the terrace or by the pool.
Within a short drive, guests can visit the historic city of Pula with its famous Roman Arena, ancient temples and charming old town, as well as numerous beautiful beaches in Fažana, Medulin and Premantura. Guests can also enjoy excursions to Brijuni National Park, explore the Istrian countryside, take advantage of cycling and walking trails, and discover the region’s rich gastronomy, top-quality wines and olive oils.
