Villa Zeus is located in the village of Ližnjan and can accommodate up to 8 guests. What makes this villa special is its excellent location – the nearest beach is only 2 km away, while the closest restaurant is just 500 meters away.
The villa is fully fenced, and the spacious yard features a swimming pool that offers refreshment during hot summer days, sun loungers for complete relaxation, an outdoor dining table for pleasant summer evenings, and a barbecue for preparing delicious meals outdoors.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and one bedroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom, with one of the bedrooms having access to a balcony. One bedroom includes an extra bed (80x190 cm), and there is a sofa bed in the living room.
The villa is an excellent starting point for exploring the cultural and historical sights of Istria. Nearby towns include Pula (about 12 km) with its impressive Roman amphitheater and Fažana (about 21 km), from where trips to Brijuni National Park depart, then Rovinj (about 46 km) with its charming streets, and Poreč (about 65 km), known for the Euphrasian Basilica.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, and with prior arrangement, shorter stays of a minimum of 5 nights are possible.

Sehr schönes Haus, alles was man braucht und für und die perfekte Lage. Herzlicher Empfang und Betreuung vor Ort von Martina und dem Eigentümer selber. Wir kommen gerne wieder
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, tolles Haus, sehr gute Ausstattung, so kann man den Urlaub genießen. Sowohl die Agentur Istria-Lux, der Vermieter und vor allem Martina, die gute Seele des Hauses waren sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit.
Sehr schönes Haus, 1:1 wie in der Beschreibung, wir 2 Familien mit 2 5 Jährigen waren begeistert, unsere Kontakte Person vor Ort (Martina) hat uns alles ermöglicht, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Thomas war richtig gut. ps. Der Gas Grill wurde jeden Tag genutzt.
