The ground floor includes two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and double beds, and one triple bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the left side of the villa is a separate studio apartment with a private entrance, near the pool, featuring two single beds, two sofa beds, and an en-suite bathroom.
In the surrounding area, guests can explore the picturesque Istrian landscapes, visit nearby vineyards and olive groves, and taste local wines and specialties in traditional taverns.
