Villa Tre Olive is the perfect choice for larger families or groups of up to 12 guests seeking comfortable and modern accommodation. The villa features five elegantly furnished bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, providing complete privacy and comfort. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen connected to a spacious dining area and living room, with large glass surfaces offering a beautiful view of the private pool and garden.
Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the remaining two are on the upper floor, both with access to a terrace ideal for morning coffee or relaxing with a view. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with TVs.
The outdoor area offers a spacious yard with a large heated pool of 60 m² and an additional 9 m² hydromassage section. A covered terrace with a charcoal grill and outdoor dining area is perfect for enjoying meals outside. Children can have fun on the playground, while adults can enjoy sports activities such as volleyball, badminton, or football.
The villa’s surroundings are rich in natural beauty and cultural attractions. Guests can visit nearby historic towns such as Labin, Rabac, Fažana, Medulin, and Pula, or enjoy beautiful beaches. Wine and food lovers can taste local delicacies and premium Istrian wines at nearby restaurants and wineries.

Sehr schöne und modern ausgestattete Villa. Der große Pool inklusive Whirlpoolbereich lädt zum schwimmen oder verweilen ein. Ebenfalls bietet der Garten genug Platz für sportliche Aktivitäten. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Gesamtpaket, welches die Villa bietet.
My family and I stayed at Villa Tre Olive last week to celebrate a 70th birthday a 5th wedding anniversary. It was clearly a special occasion and we weren't disappointed! For us, the location was excellent as it is within easy reach of places such as Pula, Labin, Rabac etc. We really liked that the villa is situated in a totally private and secluded location so there were no other buildings overlooking our space. It was a very quiet and peaceful location with no noisy bars or restaurants nearby. Iva and her husband were great hosts who responded quickly to any questions. They were very friendly and helpful, as was Iva's mum. On arrival, they had provided a lovely selection of food for us, which was much appreciated. The villa itself is superb. Clean, tidy, spacious, well-organised and well-equipped. The 5 bedrooms are all about the same size - all with good en-suites. The two first floor bedrooms have balconies and two of the three ground floor bedrooms have quick and easy access to the pool area. The pool and surrounding space were excellent. Unlike many of the villas we researched, this pool was actually big enough to enjoy a swim. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Tre Olive, thanks to Iva and her family.
