About your stay
The Stella Brigita holiday home is located on the edge of the village of Brajkovići, 7 km from the town of Pazin, on top of a hill. It is the last property in a row, offering a stunning 360° view and situated on a fully fenced plot of 2000 m². The ground floor is closed, while the first floor, with a total area of 130 m², features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. Guests have access to two air conditioners - one in the living room and one in the hallway cooling the bedrooms.
For a breath of fresh air, the garden includes a large outdoor pool of 26 m² with furniture for dining and sunbathing. In addition to the spectacular view from the living room terrace, Stella Brigita offers a full nature experience with a barbecue located under a centuries-old oak tree. The deep shade and the scent of lavender are a guaranteed recipe for total relaxation.
On the estate, guests can taste various seasonal fruits, enjoy the olive grove producing its own olive oil, and grapes for homemade brandy. All products are available to our guests.
The nearest shop is 500 meters away, while restaurants and supermarkets are 2-5 km. The nearest beach is 20 km from the property, as are two waterparks and a zip-line 7 km away. The romantic towns of Motovun and Grožnjan are 20 km away, and the frescoed basilica and many other attractions are just a 20-minute drive.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub – absolut empfehlenswert! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und in im Kühlschrank erwartete uns eine Kleinigkeit zu Essen – ein toller Start in unseren Urlaub! Die Ferienwohnung war makellos sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt (sogar eine Käsereibe war vorhanden!). Ein besonderes Highlight war der Abend, an dem wir mit landestypischem Essen bekocht wurden – es war nicht nur köstlich, sondern auch eine wunderschöne Geste der Gastfreundschaft. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig, sehr gepflegt und perfekt für Hundebesitzer. Der große Pool mit herrlicher Aussicht über die Umgebung lädt zum Entspannen in der Sonne ein – hier lässt es sich wirklich genießen. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, und obwohl im Erdgeschoss die Eltern der Gastgeber wohnen, hatten wir absolute Privatsphäre und haben davon nichts mitbekommen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und diesen Urlaub werden wir so schnell nicht vergessen. Eine wundervolle Unterkunft mit herzlichen Gastgebern – wir kommen definitiv wieder!
Das Haus liegt idyllisch auf einem Hügel mit einem sehr schönen Garten und tollem Pool. Seine moderne Einrichtung,eine Küchenausstattung,die keine Wünsche offen ließ und das hohe Maß an Sauberkeit ließen uns erholsame 14 Tage verleben. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und erfüllten uns viele Wünsche. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
