In a small village in the southern part of the Istrian peninsula lies the beautiful 5-star Villa Kanco (400 m²), offering stunning views of the mountains and a picturesque green environment. The villa was designed by a talented artist and designer, a two-time winner of the prestigious London Award.
The villa features four bedrooms, each in a different color, and each with its own bathroom. In addition, there are two extra bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a living room with a comfortable sofa, a charming fireplace, and special entertainment for children – a PlayStation 4. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with LED TVs, and the entire villa is air-conditioned. The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests and also offers a relaxation room with a jacuzzi and a sauna.
The property is surrounded by 1000 m² of green lawn, with a 50 m² outdoor pool with massage function and a stone sunbathing area with a covered terrace and a large wooden table. Nearby, there is a smaller 100 m² building – a playroom with table tennis, foosball, billiards, darts, and an indoor grill. Outside, there is another barbecue area and a children’s playground with a swing, slide, and trampoline, all surrounded by olive trees, flowers, and a green fence.
The nearest beaches are in Krnica, Rabac, and Rakalj, about 15 km away, while famous tourist gems like Rovinj, Poreč, and Vrsar are around 40 km away. The villa is also suitable for winter rentals as it has heating throughout the house.
