Villa Kanco is a 400 m² villa located in a small village in the southern part of the Istrian peninsula, overlooking the surrounding mountains and green landscape. The villa was designed by a talented artist and designer who has twice received a prestigious London award.
The villa features four bedrooms, each designed in a different colour and each with its own private bathroom. There are also two additional bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and a living room with a sofa, fireplace and PlayStation 4 for younger guests. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with LED TVs, and the entire villa is air-conditioned. Villa Kanco accommodates up to 10 guests. For additional relaxation, there is a room with a jacuzzi and a sauna.
The villa is surrounded by 1,000 m² of green lawn. The outdoor area features a 50 m² swimming pool with a massage function, as well as a stone-paved area with a covered terrace and a large wooden table. Nearby, there is a separate 100 m² building used as a games room, equipped with table tennis, table football, billiards, darts and an indoor barbecue. Outside, guests have access to another barbecue and a children's playground with a swing, slide and trampoline, surrounded by olive trees, flowers and a green hedge.
The nearest beaches are located in Krnica, Rabac and Rakalj, approximately 15 km away, while well-known Istrian coastal towns such as Rovinj, Poreč and Vrsar are around 40 km from the villa. With heating throughout the house, Villa Kanco is also suitable for stays during the winter months.
