Villa Latini is located in the village of Bankovići, 10 km from the medieval town of Svetvinčenat and 15 km from Pula, the largest city on the Istrian peninsula. The villa is surrounded by row houses and offers guests a true rural experience, peace, and tradition.
Within the estate where Villa Latini is located, the Stanić family runs a small family farm, taking care of cattle and other farm animals. Guests have the opportunity to taste homemade products such as cow's milk, cheese, curd, jam, olive oil, prosciutto, wine, and other local products, and can even participate in their preparation or processing.
The house was originally built in 1922 and fully renovated in 2017, equipped with all necessary amenities for a worry-free stay in the countryside. The interior consists of a ground floor and first floor with a total area of 120 m², featuring three fully equipped bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area, and living room. Guests also have access to free Internet.
The outdoor area includes a 28 m² swimming pool, a relaxation and leisure area, and a barbecue space.
Upon prior request, breakfast can also be served, featuring products from the estate – prosciutto, cheese, jam, homemade bread, eggs, seasonal fruit, milk, coffee, and fruit juice.
The nearest shop and bistro are 1 km away, post office, restaurant, and butcher 9 km, and the sea is only 15 km from Villa Latini. Just a 10-minute drive will take you to the medieval town of Svetvinčenat, offering numerous attractions including the Morosini-Grimani Castle, the Escape Castle adventure, the Witch Mare House, and frescoed churches.
