Stone walls, the warmth of the fireplace, and the outdoor pool make this house an ideal romantic getaway for couples. However, with spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor barbecue, pool slide, and billiard table, the villa is also perfect for families or groups of friends.
All guests have unlimited free access to the Medieval Theme Park Sanc Michael, located just 2 km away. The park is ideal for children but also interesting for the whole family, where kids can spend the entire day playing outdoors.
The villa is close to well-known Istrian towns: Svetvinčenat (2 km), Rovinj (25 km), Poreč (35 km), Pula (40 km), and Motovun (38 km).

Wir waren sehr begeistert, es war ein wundervoller toller Urlaub ! Wir waren von der Gastfreundlichkeit sehr begeistert, Sankt Michael war auch sehr schön - klein aber fein . Smoljanci ist so ein tolles kleines Dorf. Wir kommen wieder !
Wir waren mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) in Smoljanci. Das Haus hat uns absolut überzeugt. Die Lage war schön ruhig, aber auch gut angebunden an die größeren Orte der Umgebung. Das Haus war super ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Der Wohlfühlfaktor war für alle gegeben. Die Kinder waren über Pool, Rutsche und Spielplatz mehr als glücklich. Absolute Empfehlung - auch für die Gastgeber, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :-)
Haus ist wie beschrieben. Wir haben eine tolle Woche mit 9 Personen in der Villa gehabt. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die Organisation von Istrialux war super.
