The villa was reasonably clean. There were a few dirty spots, but overall it was well-maintained. The villa itself is well-equipped and has a modern feel. The pool was very nice, and the water was great. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was too chlorinated, so the water was not pleasant and the jacuzzi experience was not very good. The sauna was very nice. The location of the villa is also beautiful. The owner, who showed us around, was very nice, friendly, reliable, and helpful. Otherwise, the villa was great – except for the driveway. The driveway is a major downside: awful, very narrow, and difficult for large cars. Overall, I would give the villa 4 out of 5 stars. Cleanliness could be better, with some minor dirty spots or drainage issues, such as on door handles or in sinks. The jacuzzi water was really not good. Aside from that, the villa was modern, comfortable, and very enjoyable.
Die Villa und die Einrichtungen (großer Salzwasserpool, Whirlpool und Sauna) sind wunderschön! Wir hatten anfänglich keine Mülltonnen, zwischenzeitlich eine tropfende Klimaanlage in einem der oberen Schlafzimmer und uns fehlte ein Staubsauger. Alle Mängel wurden nach Rücksprache mit der Agentur IstriaLux (per E-Mail) und Mateo (Ansprechpartner vor Ort) umgehend behoben. Danke für die sehr schnelle Reaktion und Mängelbeseitigung! Die Lage ist ebenfalls positiv zu erwähnen, man erreicht in 30 Minuten sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, die vielen schönen Strände sind in max. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Stadt Rovinj liegt um die Ecke und verzaubert mit ihrer Magie zu jeder Tages- und Abendzeit. Zu erwähnen sind Kleinigkeiten, die unserem Urlaub aber keinen Abbruch getan haben: die Küche könnte noch ausgestattet werden mit einem Weinöffner, mehr Schüsseln, z. B. für Salat und einer guten antihaftbeschichteten Pfanne, ein Aschenbecher wäre ebenfalls von Vorteil sowie eine Gießkanne für die Topfpflanzen draußen plus Schlauch, um zwischendurch die Fliesen am Pool reinigen zu können. Zudem könnten durch eine geeignete Unterlage für die Grillschale am Pool die Fliesen vor Rost geschützt werden. Die Zuwegung zur Villa ist ein wenig eng. Wie gesagt, es sind nur Kleinigkeiten, wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen! Super ist auch die Outdoor-Küchenzeile und dass die Fenster und Türen mit Insektenschutz versehen sind. Die Betten sind sehr bequem! Wir waren insgesamt zu 6, 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kids und hatten sehr viel Platz. Danke für 2 wunderschöne Wochen! Anna
