Holiday house Mikela Heki, located in Žbrlini, Heki near Pazin, offers the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and active relaxation. The fenced 1000 m² yard provides complete security, and the 32 m² outdoor pool is equipped with loungers, umbrellas, and quality garden furniture for your full enjoyment.
For pleasant evening gatherings with family and friends, there is a covered area with an outdoor fireplace, ideal for barbecues and relaxing with a glass of fine wine. For the little ones, there is a swing, slide, and trampoline, while sports lovers can enjoy basketball, table tennis, foosball, and darts - fun guaranteed for all ages.
The house consists of two floors connected by indoor stairs. The ground floor includes a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and covered terrace, as well as a separate section with an additional kitchen and a lounge area with direct access to the pool. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms - two with double beds and one with two single beds, a bathroom, and a terrace with a beautiful view of the pool. The house can accommodate up to 8 people (6+2), and all rooms are air-conditioned for maximum comfort.
On the ground floor, there is a small family print studio that operates in the morning hours and is occasionally closed during summer. The parking area is shared, used by the print studio owner during working hours, and is under video surveillance.
The surroundings are ideal for active holidays - marked cycling and walking trails are available, and the geographic center of Istria, marked by a stone pyramid, is only 1 km away. Nearby is also a ranch where you can learn horseback riding. For gourmets, central Istria offers a rich selection of wineries, agritourisms, and taverns with traditional Istrian specialties. Coastal towns and beaches such as Rovinj, Poreč, and Pula are 25 to 35 km away, providing many opportunities for excursions and swimming on beautiful beaches.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus mit außerordentlich freundlichen Gastgebern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Sehr schöne Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen im und am Pool, viel Platz draußen und drinnen, hervorragender Platz zum Grillen. Die Kinder lieben den Pool, die Tischtennisplatte und den Basketballkorb. Vielen Dank für diese wunderschönen zwei Wochen Urlaub, besonders an die Gastgeber!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Haus mit guter Ausstattung und nette Gastgeber. Das Haus sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und von Pazin aus kann man gut Istrien erkunden. Wir können das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen!
