Modern Villa Impression is located in Ližnjan, just 1 km from the beach and the Adriatic Sea. The beautiful courtyard features a pool, barbecue, outdoor dining area, and four sun loungers, creating the perfect space for family gatherings and relaxation.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, there is a living room with access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, one bedroom, and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are two additional bedrooms with a balcony and one bathroom. From one of the balconies, there is a stunning sea view - imagine enjoying your favorite drink while watching the sunset.
The villa’s location is excellent - the beach and cafes are only 1 km away, a restaurant 350 m, and shops 650 m. Guests can also enjoy numerous activities nearby. Nature lovers can explore picturesque cycling and walking trails, while those interested in culture and history can visit archaeological sites, old churches, museums, and galleries in nearby towns such as Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, and Labin. Food enthusiasts can try local restaurants and taverns with traditional Istrian cuisine, participate in wine and olive oil tastings, or visit local markets and shops.

Eine wunderschöne mit allem ausgestattete Villa. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter sehr nett und immer erreichbar für Fragen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in diese Villa.
