Die Villa Lea Nea liegt in der Nähe von Žminj und ist die ideale Wahl für einen Familienurlaub oder eine Reise mit Freunden. Die Villa bietet Platz für bis zu 7 Personen und besticht durch ihren besonderen Charme, Komfort und Privatsphäre für einen perfekten Aufenthalt.
Die Villa erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Essbereich, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Im ersten Stock gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, beide mit eigenem Bad.
Der Außenbereich umfasst einen Pool, Liegestühle, einen Kinderspielplatz sowie eine überdachte Terrasse mit Esstisch und Grill. Die Villa ist klimatisiert und verfügt über kostenloses WLAN sowie einen privaten Parkplatz.
Die Villa Lea Nea ist nur 20–30 Minuten Fahrt von fast allen Stränden und Städten Istriens entfernt, was eine einfache Erkundung der Region und einen traumhaften Urlaub ermöglicht.

Our stay at Villa Lea i Nea was absolutely perfect and exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. The owners are incredibly kind, friendly, and always available to help with anything, making our stay completely stress-free. The villa itself is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure maximum comfort. The outdoor area is stunning, with a gorgeous, well-maintained garden and a beautiful swimming pool that quickly became our favorite place to relax. One of the things we loved most was the fantastic range of activities available. The villa offers table football, table tennis, a volleyball net and ball, football goals, and much more, making it perfect for both families and groups of friends. The location is simply outstanding. It offers complete peace, privacy, and tranquility, allowing us to fully unwind while still being within easy reach of everything we wanted to explore. We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better holiday. Our stay at Villa Lea i Nea was truly unforgettable, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and fun-filled vacation. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
