On the ground floor, there is an elegant living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and an additional toilet, with one bedroom also located on this level. The remaining two bedrooms are upstairs, offering soothing views of the lush greenery that awakens all the senses.
The outdoor space is equally impressive. Here you will find a covered summer kitchen with a spacious dining area, perfect for gatherings and enjoying local delicacies, while the private pool invites you to refresh and relax during warm days.
While offering privacy, Villa Arboreta is well connected to the gems of Istria. The nearest beach is in Bale (only 18 km away), while charming Rovinj (25 km), historic Pula (35 km), and lively Poreč (30 km) are easily accessible for day trips, dinners, or romantic strolls through old town centers.

Sehr sehr schönes, gepflegtes und modernes Haus. Wir waren dort für 10 Tage mit 2 Hunden. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und so konnten wir die Hunde springen lassen. Ana und Slaven, die Hausbesitzer waren sehr sehr freundlich und bei Fragen haben Sie immer schnell Wort und Antwort gegeben. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet, sodass wir alle Möbel mit Spannbettlaken überzogen haben, damit die Möbel nicht von den Hunden verdreckt oder beschädigt wurden. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ob von Waschmittel bis Spülmittel oder Ersatzgläser, bis hin zu Wasserspielsachen, Tischtennisplatte, Dart Scheibe, war alles vorhanden. Vielen Dank an ANA und SLAVEN für die nette Gastfreundschaft und das Vertrauen, dass wir das Haus für die 10 Tage nutzen durften.
Wir haben 3 wundervolle Wochen in der Villa Arboreta verbracht. Sie ist modern und hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool ist herrlich erfrischend und es gibt ausreichend Sonnenschirme und Liegen. Die Lounge, aber auch die Aussenküchen laden zum geselligen Beisammensein ein. Die Villa ist perfekt für Ruhesuchende und Naturliebhaber. Sie liegt recht abgeschieden- dennoch sind die touristischen Highlights Istriens schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen . Das nächste- familiengeführte Restaurant ist nur 3 Minuten - zu Fuß - vom Haus entfernt. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und offen! Fragen wurden zu jeder Tageszeit schnell beantwortet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Unser Dank gilt auch der Agentur „ Istria Lux „, welche uns seit Jahren gut berät und ein verlässlicher Urlaubspartner ist.
