Internal stairs lead to the first floor, where you’ll find the main kitchen with dining area, a comfortable living room, and two bedrooms. On the second floor, there are two more bedrooms. The house is charmingly furnished and provides a comfortable stay for the whole family or friends.
The most famous towns in Istria – Rovinj, Pula, Poreč, and Rabac - are only a 30-minute drive away, while almost all beaches in Istria are reachable within 20–30 minutes.
Svetvinčenat, a small historic town, is only 1.5 km away. The surroundings are ideal for cycling and walking and offer a great starting point for exploring the entire Istria region.

Sehr schöne Zeit gehabt, Unterkunft ist Top, gepflegt und sauber. Gut ausgestattet und wenn etwas doch fehlte war der super nette Vermieter sofort bereit die Wünsche zu erfüllen. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!
Ich kann das Haus nur empfehlen. Es ist sehr groß und die Aufteilung ist Klasse, wenn man mit mehreren Familien verreist. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist TOP. Er ist jederzeit erreichbar und gibt einem gute Tipps. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.
Das Haus ist wirklich schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
