Vila Lea Nea smještena je nedaleko od Žminja te je prikladan izbor za obiteljski odmor ili druženje s prijateljima. Vila može ugostiti do 7 osoba, a svojim uređenjem i sadržajem pruža ugodan prostor za odmor i zajedničko provođenje vremena.
Vila se prostire na dvije etaže. U prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, blagovaonica, udoban dnevni boravak i jedna spavaća soba s privatnom kupaonicom. Na prvom katu smještene su dvije spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima, obje s vlastitim kupaonicama.
Vanjski prostor je potpuno ograđen i uključuje bazen, sunčalište, dječje igralište te natkrivenu terasu s vanjskim stolom za blagovanje i roštiljem. Vila je klimatizirana, ima besplatan Wi-Fi i privatni parking.
Vila Lea Nea udaljena je 20–30 minuta vožnje od gotovo svih plaža i gradova u Istri, pružajući odličnu polazišnu točku za istraživanje regije i posjet brojnim istarskim destinacijama.

Wir waren für 14 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Alles war perfekt und genauso wie auf den Fotos. Absolut sauber und alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir hatten vollkommene Privatsphäre weil das Haus von keiner Seit von jemandem einsehbar war. Man sollte vorher wissen, dass es zu jeder Stadt ca. 30-40 min. Fahrtzeit sind, was für uns kein Problem war. Schade war, dass wir den Besitzer nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben und nur sporadisch über WhatsApp kommunizieren konnten. In der Mitte der 1. Woche hatte sich eine Abdeckung am Boden des Pools gelöst was wir sofort gemeldet haben, aber leider bis zum Ende des Urlaubs nicht repariert wurde. So mussten wir immer aufpasse, nicht in das Loch im Boden des Pools zu treten auf der die Abdeckung befestigt war. Da sollte doch schneller reagiert werden. Sonst eine klare Weiterempfehlung und jeder Zeit gerne wieder.

Our stay at Villa Lea i Nea was absolutely perfect and exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. The owners are incredibly kind, friendly, and always available to help with anything, making our stay completely stress-free. The villa itself is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure maximum comfort. The outdoor area is stunning, with a gorgeous, well-maintained garden and a beautiful swimming pool that quickly became our favorite place to relax. One of the things we loved most was the fantastic range of activities available. The villa offers table football, table tennis, a volleyball net and ball, football goals, and much more, making it perfect for both families and groups of friends. The location is simply outstanding. It offers complete peace, privacy, and tranquility, allowing us to fully unwind while still being within easy reach of everything we wanted to explore. We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better holiday. Our stay at Villa Lea i Nea was truly unforgettable, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and fun-filled vacation. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
