Najbliža plaža udaljena je samo 14 km, a blizina Barbana, Pule i Labina omogućuje istraživanje bogate kulturne i gastronomske ponude Istre. Gosti mogu posjetiti znamenitosti poput Pulskog amfiteatra, uživati u šetnjama starim gradovima i kušati lokalna vina i specijalitete. Labin, šarmantan grad poznat po svom starom gradskom jezgru s kamenim ulicama i bogatom rudarskom poviješću, dodatno obogaćuje doživljaj ovog kraja.

We spent three wonderful weeks at Villa Perini with two families and four children in total – and it was absolutely perfect for us! The location right in the heart of Istria was ideal for exploring the whole region. Rovinj, Poreč, Pula, Labin, as well as the many beautiful little towns inland (we loved Groznjan) were all easy to reach. We really enjoyed being able to discover so much of Istria from this central location. The villa itself is beautiful, very lovingly decorated and, above all, exceptionally clean. Everything you could possibly need for a longer stay is provided. The layout of the bedrooms was also perfect for two families: downstairs there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom. The air conditioning in the living room is more than sufficient to keep this bedroom comfortably cool as well. Upstairs, every bedroom has its own air conditioning. Both the room with the two single beds and the double bedroom have their own en-suite bathrooms, while the large third bedroom has a lovely balcony. We especially loved the outdoor area. Everything is beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. The Barbecue works with gas. The pool is really spacious and the massage jets are a wonderful extra – a big hit with the children, but also with us adults!
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Perini and felt completely at ease from the first minute to the last! ❤️ The owner is incredibly kind, warm, and helpful. You can immediately tell that the villa and the well-being of their guests are truly important to them. The villa itself is very clean and furnished and maintained with incredible attention to detail. We really didn't lack anything – everything you need for a relaxing vacation is provided. An absolute highlight is the gigantic pool!
Perfect stay! The host was super friendly, and everything was just great. You immediately feel at home. Highly recommended!
