S pet elegantno uređenih spavaćih soba, svaka s vlastitom kupaonicom, vila pruža potpunu privatnost i komfor. U prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja povezana s prostranom blagovaonicom i dnevnim boravkom, s velikim staklenim površinama koje pružaju prekrasan pogled na privatni bazen i vrt.
Tri spavaće sobe su smještene u prizemlju, dok se preostale dvije nalaze na gornjem katu, obje s izlazom na terasu, idealnu za jutarnju kavu ili opuštanje uz pogled. Sve sobe su klimatizirane i opremljene televizorima.
Vanjski prostor nudi prostrano dvorište s velikim grijanim bazenom od 60 m² i dodatnim hidromasažnim dijelom od 9 m². Natkrivena terasa s roštiljem na ugljen i vanjskom blagovaonicom idealna je za uživanje u obrocima na otvorenom. Djeca će se zabaviti na igralištu, dok odrasli mogu uživati u sportskim aktivnostima poput odbojke, badmintona ili nogometa.
Okolica vile bogata je prirodnim ljepotama i kulturnim znamenitostima. Gosti mogu posjetiti obližnje povijesne gradove kao što su Labin, Rabac, Fažana, Medulin i Pula ili uživati u prekrasnim plažama. Ljubitelji vina i gastronomije mogu kušati lokalne delicije i vrhunska istarska vina u obližnjim restoranima i vinarijama.

Sehr schöne und modern ausgestattete Villa. Der große Pool inklusive Whirlpoolbereich lädt zum schwimmen oder verweilen ein. Ebenfalls bietet der Garten genug Platz für sportliche Aktivitäten. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Gesamtpaket, welches die Villa bietet.
My family and I stayed at Villa Tre Olive last week to celebrate a 70th birthday a 5th wedding anniversary. It was clearly a special occasion and we weren't disappointed! For us, the location was excellent as it is within easy reach of places such as Pula, Labin, Rabac etc. We really liked that the villa is situated in a totally private and secluded location so there were no other buildings overlooking our space. It was a very quiet and peaceful location with no noisy bars or restaurants nearby. Iva and her husband were great hosts who responded quickly to any questions. They were very friendly and helpful, as was Iva's mum. On arrival, they had provided a lovely selection of food for us, which was much appreciated. The villa itself is superb. Clean, tidy, spacious, well-organised and well-equipped. The 5 bedrooms are all about the same size - all with good en-suites. The two first floor bedrooms have balconies and two of the three ground floor bedrooms have quick and easy access to the pool area. The pool and surrounding space were excellent. Unlike many of the villas we researched, this pool was actually big enough to enjoy a swim. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Tre Olive, thanks to Iva and her family.
